Just had my 2024 RAM 2500 turbo diesel ceramic coated with stage two paint correction done this week at LC Detailing LLC. I must say with knowing how webbed my clear coat was with minor imperfections surrounding my truck that these guys did an outstanding job! I have had a few vehicles ceramic coated in the past. I inquired about pricing, warranties and local facilities. LC did a fantastic job! The Soul Red Mazda CX-50 looks great. 6 year warranty a definite plus. I would recommend this service highly.

This business is relatively new, since November. Initially spoke with Simon twice, and then booked for June 24, 2026. Poor communication between Simon and the Technician. Ok, I can overlook that. I expected a more complete job, for $310.00, plus they asked for a tip. That was another $60.00. Do we even tip a detail shop? I can overlook that too. Just saying. The interior of the car was not to my satisfaction. Two days before the detailing, coffee dripped on the passenger seat. The technician totally missed an obvious spot. Prior to that, never a stain, spot or any issues with spills. Further, I don't eat in my car, so no real work but vacuuming and wipe down of surfaces and the interior windows were needed. The technician, went through my console, and glove compartment and totally turned everything inside both compartments upside down for no reason. I felt violated, as these areas are private and contained private personal information in which they had no business getting into. There was no reason for them to make those private areas part of the cleaning, as that's not what I hired them to do. Maybe with time, this young business will learn more improved communication skills. As a side note, be prepared to sit at the Pretzel Hut, while having your car detailed, as there is no waiting area at this shop. It's only two minutes away, however it's not walkable. I came from Lancaster City, and it's a bit of a drive to have to hire an Uber back and forth twice, which is what the technician suggested. That would have cost another $150.00 to Uber to Lancaster and back. I feel ok with the coating they said they put on the exterior of the car. However,  the way it was explained, I expected a better shine. It's important that Simon and his technician understand they MUST communicate everything to customers or they'll struggle to find repeat business which is key. Lock your glove compartments and your consoles before leaving the car on their property.

Landon has a first class business and his prices are great concerning the wonderful results you get on your car. I had him do my wife's 2017 Toyota Prius at our house. That convenience in itself was wonderful in that we are in our 80's. My wife is thrilled with the job he did. She is running around today saying it is like a new car. Scheduled an appointment for my 2018 Audi RS3 for 3 year ceramic coating and interior detail owner was very good at communicating updates and getting car booked overall very easy to deal with. Did an amazing job on the car will be taking my other vehicles in to have them done as well
